Thanks to  Cheryll  for organising One week of Christmas with this lovely virtual tour. I wanted to start with decorations in the office as I do spend a big portion of my time there. We decided to do something different this year and collected Fox Tail palm seed bracts (don't know what you call them), paint them silver and hang them from the ceiling. I supplied and painted the seed bracts. This is the Christmas tree in my office, someone found this branch outside so I pinched it! I was too lazy to spray paint it silver. Had enough of the stuff on my hands as it was. Table decorations. The admin staff tree. Some tinsel angels. Individual decorations. As you can see we predominately had only red and gold baubles! Other staff who also work in the building loved the palm branches. See you on day 2.

I decided to start the night with some paper-craft instead of the usual stitching. I had already made one mini album and wanted to do another as a stocking filler or just to have on hand in case! The top one is the finished one with all the inserts ready for photos and the bottom one what I did last night and is almost done. I can't find any suitable flowers in my stash and I still have to attach the photo mat on the backs of the inserts or slide out pages. I also need to tie some ribbons on the small tabs and add a bit of bling here and there. Might finish it off tonight. I used papers from my stash from the last one I made. Some of the pages with little pockets for journalling cards.   And this is the photo mat with photo. Mr B in his Santa suit! The grandchildren are getting suspicions it may not be the real Santa!
