Friday Night Sew In.
I was lucky to have an all day sew in with Wendy, Jen and Barb yesterday. We had a delightful day stitching, talking and a bit of eating which was all combined with much laughter. Thanks Wendy for hosting the stitching night.
I was working on putting a lovely Red Brolly design onto a purchased tea-towel. I am using Cottage Garden Threads - Dog Rose for this design.
Still have a little more to do and then it will go into the birthday stash box.
I also received some squishy mail on Thursday and it was from Gayner in the UK. She was my secret swap partner in Jenny's Stitching Club Swap. Thanks Gayner for the lovely surprise and the bags will be put to good use. I also loved the little note with a bit of her history. It's always great to see how other crafters started and what is their primary interest!
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend. Why not pop over to Wendy's blog and check out what others did last night.
